Stroke Support Group
In April 2025, we will launch a stroke support service to aid individuals and families affected by stroke. Focused on social connections and shared experiences, our program will include peer support groups, educational workshops, and new social connections to promote recovery. Our aim is to create a safe space where participants feel understood and empowered. Contact Kevin@deargreen.org for more information on the group.
Mentoring
Our mentoring service provides essential support for young people from families affected by illness and poverty. We focus on enhancing emotional well-being, academic performance, and employability skills to help them thrive. Through personalised guidance and resources, we work with these individuals to overcome challenges and build a brighter future. We also run a seperate project called CHAP specifically for males at risk of comminting crimes or being excluded from school.
Social Enterprise Support
Our social enterprise support service focuses on creating a vibrant network for organizations in Glasgow Southside. By connecting local social enterprises we facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and growth opportunities. gain access to valuable resources, funding options, and events designed to enhance impact and sustainability. Together we aim to foster a thriving community that empowers social enterprises to succeed.
